Azizi Developments has unveiled the plans for Burj Azizi, set to rise on a prime location along Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road. Reaching an impressive height of 725 meters, Burj Azizi will become the second tallest building in the world, further enhancing Dubai’s iconic skyline.
This 131-story skyscraper is scheduled to launch sales in February 2025, with project completion targeted for 2028. At its heart, Burj Azizi will feature a unique seven-star all-suite hotel, drawing inspiration from seven different cultural themes. The tower will also offer a variety of luxury residences, including penthouses, apartments, and holiday homes. Complementing its exclusive living spaces, Burj Azizi will boast an array of top-tier amenities, including wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, mini markets, resident lounges, and a dedicated children’s play area.
As the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Azizi is set to become a highly sought-after address. In addition to its stunning residential offerings, the tower will feature a seven-story vertical retail center, an opulent ballroom, and an exclusive beach club. One of its main attractions will be a spectacular observation deck and a thrilling adrenaline zone, offering visitors unforgettable experiences.
Burj Azizi will break numerous world records, including the world’s highest hotel lobby on level 11, the highest nightclub on level 126, the highest observation deck on level 130, Dubai’s highest restaurant on level 122, and the highest hotel room in the city on level 118.
